If you don't get one with a screen display on the surface (Cintiq, expensive as hell) don't get a large one. If you have no tablet yet or don't travel a LOT don't get a small one.
So get medium sized, it's the sweet spot.
If you want to pay less buy a Wacom Intuos Pen (& Touch?) medium size, costs like €150.
If you want to pay more buy an Wacom Intuos Pro Medium size, costs €300.

Friendly reminder to take it easy and to backup your Sai settings if you don't want to end up like me and lose all your custom brush settings, elemaps, textures and whatnot when your HDD dies on you.
