Now that I think about it, 410's ears here might actually be the answer. They're thin without fur and are both pointed downwards with a slight crook, much like the 410 Koikatsu card. He probably did pose them in Koikatsu then draw over it afterwards. Still well done, of course, considering this 410 isn't exactly the nicest looking by comparison.
