Of course, I'd nerf her starting item rarity to 2-3, and her relationship to 0, also her level from 12 to 30. And change her class to Gunner. Perhaps adding /cnpc/ along with /man/ will fix the not being sold in Derphy issue?

Not sure how to give her starting skills, either. Obviously I want her to be a thrower, similar to Rock Thrower, but with self teleport and self speed buffs, to help her time stop stuff.

I wish there was a time stop dagger/knife or thrown item. Hell, even a Knife that is equipped as a ranged item that has a chance to stop time would be great, but custom items is another discussion.
