it was some random olypmic bar that weighs 45lbs like all the others. the knurl on it is pretty nice in the sense that i don't feel like i'll lose my grip on it.

power racks aren't really that expensive the only issue it could pose would be the amount of room it takes up lol. i just put all of my plates and dumbells under my tv table and barbell in a nearby spot.

you could easily find a lot of gym equipment for like 3x cheaper than what i bought most of mine at on facebook marketplace, but i was lazy and bought mine on places like amazon and other online stores.

bought this random executive chair, it's pretty thick and cozy to sit in so no complaints here. my last chair was a knockoff dxracing chair but labelled gtracing.
