Reimu reminds me of a Government employee, who deals with justice when parts the administration decide to start taking things for themselves. She has to stop groups of powerful entities, for little in the way of reward or thanks. She does this simply because it is her job, to do the impossible every time she is called on. What kind of person would this task produce? It would produce a hero without fear.
