Why those threads have become so shitty? Where's my daily japanese anon class?

JSLs, please help.

I can decipher the rest of her tweet but this sentence gives me issues. I don't get the application of で after 弱そう.
I also don't quite get how I would apply both なんか and いかにも.
My attempt at understanding it went something like this.
"Indeed, something about you looks weak, yet at the same time you look able to fight".
But with this I feel like I completely ignore the でぺこら part.

Could some JTL/JSL help me out with this particular sentence?

I understand everything but the メン限 and trying to find anything about it makes me come up short.
I assume it is part of 22時 but in that case I don't understand what it stands for.

I decided to intently listen for the entire duration despite only catching few phrases and words and now my brain feels fucking fried.

JFL friends. Is it bad to be training with Anki flashcards vocabulary while I'm also still learning the Kanas?
Should I simply focus on kanas first? Or is it alright to also train words while I'm at it?
