So I filed my first UPS claim today after the order status changed to "Delivered" yesterday but the package was nowhere to be found. I submitted item details (SKU # and Quantities) as well as the invoice from ToyDemon.

The claim just updated to "LOSS" and says the following: "The search for your package is complete. We have been unable to locate your package. We will forward the search results to the shipper."

Anyone else have experience with this? What does this mean, should I reach out to ToyDemon or should I expect a follow up or something?
