I said QB's ignorance of the law is expected and we can't expect more from him since historically any human in that position would probably do the same or worse so we don't have the moral high ground. As much as I'd wish, I didn't create the legal system and precedents so it isn't 'my' arbitrary statement. Any court here would immediately declare the contract null on lack of capacity. Repeatedly mass-soliciting minors who can't contract in the first place would probably net a harassment charge. Madokami is the only one who may be able to confine him.
