I don't have a ticket, so I'm not certain it will work, but I tested using https://event.spwn.jp/streaming-test . On Windows:
1. Download youtube-dl.exe and put it in a folder somewhere. https://youtube-dl.org/ Right click inside that folder while holding shift and click "Open PowerShell window here"
2. In Firefox or Chrome, before opening the archive page and playing the video or switching to the highest quality, push F12. In the toolbox that pops up, click the Network tab. Look through the URLs for the first or most promising looking .m3u8 file. You need two things here, that URL and the cookie sent with it. As shown in the image, right click to copy the URL, and copy the cookie from the panel on the right after clicking the URL.
3. Now, in the PowerShell window you opened, combine the URL and cookie into a command like this:
youtube-dl "https://vod.spwn.jp/WHATEVER.m3u8" --add-header "Cookie: CloudFront-Key-Pair-Id=blahblah"

Make sure the cookie header part begins with Cookie: like above.
I would really appreciate if someone shared the file. https://up.labstack.com/ is good for huge files.
