I legitimately cannot make this any more clear. There's a glaring contradiction present in her ability (unless you make her ability not work in some choice cases), but I'm not saying this is good or bad, just pointing it out.

The absence of the proof that her ability will always work, so there's always the possibility that her ability will not work. This is not "disabling", just providing for the possibility that her ability will become a dud in some situation.
