She's more easy to play, I think. That doesn't necessarily mean overpowered. Her easy combo, her good overall speed and her spam attacks make her great for new players. The only thing there is to learn is the correct placement of the candy mines.

She's the antithesis of Bern. Bern is very difficult to play master, but can be ridiculously powerful. She has the double jump, the air dive, the ability to meta and double super in jump, a very good special ability, and an overpowered meta and double super.
