Yeah, it is. It took me personally 10 days to settle on one that felt right. It's best to start with the exercise, then daily chores, and work your way up from there with time for Jap, and a skill or hobby, preferably one that can earn you money. Part of the skills I've been practicing are related to future work, as a hobby, a way to support my chuuba with fanwork, and because it's related to my game dev dreams too.
