I can't describe it well here but try this

- insert and position your penis glans right on the tongue (the best spot for me is alittle just before the glans fully rest on the tongue so the it could move more freely)

- now assuming you're holding it normally your PINKY and RING finger should be positioned right below the hole's jaw area (where the tongue is inside)

- you will be able to see and feel a buldge on the your fingers now try pushing it left/right with only your said fingers (pinky and ring for me) NOTE you do not have to move your hand.

- when you do it correctly you should definitely feel the tongue sliding against your glans by just moving your fingers and once you're used to that you could try all sorts of manuever to move the tongue trust me you have to get that down by yourself
