got bullets working. forgot how to make diagonals not move so fast. I think I gotta normalize the vector or like adjust the magnitude but I dunno how I'd do it in love2d because in unity you could just call a function. I suppose it doesn't matter too much for now. it also uses the move vector to offset its spawn position. it's not perfect but it's good enough that I think it will work in game format.
