She gave Sacchan and Elis jobs in Makai to keep them busy.
She employed Yumeko as a maid so she'd have something to do too.
Mai and Yuki can entertain themselves quite well.
Alice only visits occasionally, so she's unlikely to get bored there.
Louise seems to have an interest in traveling, so she probably does that for fun.
Sara is mostly concerned in guarding the entrance to Makai with no time to get bored.
In the end, it's Shinki herself who's bored. That's why she wants to adopt an anon to fill the void and to feel needed again.
