Yeah, I've thought about both centralized and decentralized archives. Both have their own issues. Centralized is vulnerable to DMCA, and decentralized is difficult due to the low volume of people who are actually interested in preserving the media. I would like to figure out something for the future, but I'm not sure what that will be. At the minimum, I'll eventually at least get Yuka's stuff into an online drive, as currently I just have them mirrored on two internal HDDs, and that's risky for long time preservation.
I can't speak towards RIOT DMCAs, but I know that Kamitsubaki issues them. I'm sitting on a huge amount of archives, but typically I only reupload them upon request or if I'm feeling like reuploading something for a particular reason.
That being said, I don't mind helping out with reupload requests at all. As far as I'm concerned, this media exists to be shared. I'm just getting started on your request now. But like I said, it will take me over a day due to file size. I will upload it in parts, each part containing a compressed file. I don't want to crash on a 100gb upload and lose everything. Just please make sure to grab them once it's posted and that's really all I could ask.
