I use Tenryuu and Isuzu to hit submarines but still it's impossible to get past the boss with just these two, it's getting really annoying, i think the point of the event is getting submarines yourself to fight the others. But where do they drop? Only bosses? There should be at least an easy one to get, fucking event.

In case that isn't Shimakaze, be patient and reach 2-4, her drop is not that rare there, at least that's how i got her.
