Its subscribers on TVer are also nearing a milly, the highest among this season's dramas. They're spending more than a billion yen producing this drama, they even cut the budget of other dramas to fund VIVANT, but TBS aren't concerned even if it fails on terrestrial tv due to many factors like their successful investments on the semiconductor business which enables them to be adventurous with their tv projects and the fact that it's a huge hit on TVer. There's also Netflix and Blu-Rays once the drama wraps up. Higher tv ratings are sweet but they're not the sole indicator anymore.
