I'm still studying with RTK and I wanted to ask a question: while reviewing when I see a key word and cannot write it correctly on paper, if I even forgot one drop I push 'again' button. Wouldn't it be better to choose 'Good' or something?

When does not knowing the particular kanji starts and when is it just 'being close' to guessing the right one?
