How much nourishment does Holst milk provide?

If I were to find myself in a position where I am trapped or lost in a prairie area, where the only thing to eat is grass, could I put the Holst on a leash, allow her to gorge herself on the abundant grasses, then consume to milk she produced, in order to survive?

If so how long could I do this before I run out of essential nutrients that milk does not provide, or become MRE-tier constipated?
