This one takes some explanation to understand.
She says that her name is 菅牧, not 管牧. This is because 菅 and 管 look very similar, but the latter is pronounced "kuda", it means "tube" and the word "tube fox" (管狐) uses it, so many people get it wrong.
I had no idea why ZUN decided to go with 菅 instead of 管, so I decided to do some research and found a thread where toshiakis talk about it.
