No not really, just Byakuren. Shou is more important but less relevant, since she's not meant to do much beside be a living Bishamoten statue. On the other hand ZUN has been mentioning ichirin's case, of a human turning youkai as some sort of antecedent of what's going on in FS, so maybe she'll do something in the future. ZUN is also painting the ufos as some sort of buddha gang, so maybe all of them will do something in the future. I hope.

The reason for her presence in the games is mostly punching things with unzan huge fists, basically a boxing style character. From a story point of view, nue and minamitsu don't take buddhism or their training as monks as seriously as the others, and out of the three that do ichirin is the best option since she's impulsive, hot blooded, leaves the temple often and has a clear fighting style. Kyouko is too weak and hard to make it work and Shou is not a fighter, can't use her spear or turn into a tiger and can only shoot lasers that would overlap with Miko. Plus she doesn't leave the temple much and has duties and a image too mantain, since she's one of the temple main attractions.

She's underrepresented in the official works in general, ZUN gave Ichirin a much needed characterization with the two games and So PM, Nue got a mini incident of her own in FS, Kogasa got chapters in WaHH and stage 3 midboss in TD, but Murasa has nothing so far. Shou and Nazrin have nothing either, but it's not like there's much to do with them unlike the captain.
