I don't know since there is this Rika BAD, Rika GOOD argument right now it's a bit confusing.
tl;dr there are Leo/Virgo cusps and stellium around Leo and Virgo. This enforces the idea of Rika being naturally a centre of attention for being perfect and flawless. I don't know the time when Rika was born so I think Ryukishi could have disregarded that even if it should be important.
Also says Rika should be very loyal and the whole argument starts to show up around this context.
