Yeah, that's somewhat part of the issue. It seems like most onahole videos have white men in them, oddly enough. I have nothing against white dudes, obviously, just not my preference. I'd recommend fc2's adult video website if you're into that kind of thing. There used to be a guy on there who'd review onaholes and show himself using it, but I can't find his content. I guess he nuked his profile. Just goes to show that you should save videos you like.

You're not wrong. Asian skin tones vary a lot. I've thought about getting the Spur from Vixen Creations in caramel, but I guess I can't get over that it's not a stereotypical yellow skin tone. (Despite a brown-ish color being more realistic, like you've said.) Japanese dildos tend to just be a light pink, which seems too "white" to me but I guess that's just complete nonsense on my end.

Curiosity, dunno. I won't lie, I'm a bit jealous that I can't experience what onaholes are like. I like the creativity behind some of them. Most dildos you find on the market are way too firm and almost unusable, at least for me. I have no idea if Japanese dildos have these same issues, but I do know that if you want a good Western dildo that doesn't feel like shoving a dense cucumber into your body, then you'll have to shell out about $70-$100 at minimum.
