The reason it's not available for purchase right now is because they only have the steam build having a DRM free version on the JAST store requires some extra programming work, they can't just put the steam version on JAST.
Also, in my opinion Sakura Sakura was pretty good and was a breath of fresh air compared to all other recent moege we've gotten lately definitely worth the torrent.
