All you need to join is
1-A copy of GTA SA (if you don't have it, installer here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7a4BIMJ5XcZUWllQTNUendtMk0/view))
2-Install MTA (installer here https://mtasa.com/download/))
3-Install the /jp/ mod pack in your MTA directory (a MEGA link that will be posted in the active thread right before the server it's online)
4-Join the server when it's online in the weekend using the IP and password posted by the host

>how do you get all different skins as in there's no 2 of the same character running around? Is it only a handful of people on the server or the screen captures are just coordinated to not have 10 Yukaris standing next to each other? Do you have all, or at least majority of character's textures to chose from?
There's 100+ playable characters so anons choosing duplicates is rare.
