Otouto-kun is a good kid who also happens to be really naive and easily molestable. Like a dumber Kosuzu, basically.
He just naturally trusts anything that crosses his path and is continuously taken advantage by them, no matter how much Reimu tries to warn him.
Not living in the safety of the Human Village makes it easy for malicious youkai, fairies, and gods to take advantage of him, though his easygoing and optimistic nature means that he just shrugs it all off and isn't too traumatized by it.
Probably has a few kids by now, though he's obviously unaware of them himself.
