Kinda shows that she isn't inherently evil or bad, but simply contrarian to the norm. She was fighting for the weak and helpless against the strong, after all. I think what's funny though is that despite being a weak amanojaku who could probably be defeated by a normal human in a fight, she's insanely good at danmaku and I think she seems to earnestly believe in her own lies given how convicted she is to overthrowing the social order of Gensokyo. It's probably very appropriate that we don't see any more of Seija given that it's in her nature to be despised, hated, beaten down, and ignored by the rest of Gensokyo. It's also one of the greatest contradictions of an amanojaku that they are determined to oppose everything good and right and natural, yet are themselves unable to go against their very nature as amanojaku. She's very proud of what she is, the turmoil she's caused, and the horrible reputation she's built.

It's very ironic that people love Seija so much when she wants nothing but to be hated and shunned by all.
