Anything you wouldn't say to anybody else. Don't insult their shit, you can disagree with them, but don't tell them that they have shit taste in anime or manga (even if it's true...)

Order whatever the heck you want. If someone else is paying, don't order the most expensive item on the menu. They aren't going to expect you to eat ramen and get one of those spiral fishcakes on your cheek.

Anything new, but people like to reminisce on the older series too, especially if they were really good or really bad.
