My comp was very similar but with the following changes:
give up on fast, give nagamutsu a sanshiki
drop a CAV for drunkard with Murata
Remaining cav setup for DA with 1 SPF
drop gun from Kaza for 3rd torp or lookout, i holepunched mine for the lookout.
drop all yuugumo equip for 2slot OASW and searchlight
drop radar from atlanta for flare
replace naganami flare with another torp unless she is already >290 night power, her multiplier is significantly lower than beaver and Kaza.

This was my LBAS, fleet had ~370 airpower and had a 97% AS chance at the boss, and had a really high rate of complete shootdown with atlanta AACI.

He doesnt have them on the 2nd slot though, hence his DBs where getting raped and disabling CVCI.
