it does work as intended. just dosent help against the base 30% resist penetration mofu has plus all the extra perks most foxes has to increase it further. most foxes are going around with 80% resist pen on mofu attacks.
kinda overkill when you consider the fluffbrain debuff stack infinitely and eventually leaves you with mofu vulnerability instead.
its like they couldnt decide which way mofu was gonna win against tank builds so they just gave them everything.
