Medicine isnt like that. She cant control her powers, and is jsut bitter about being left in a poisonous area all alone.

I think Medicine will grow up to be a nice youkai, especially when she gets visited by Alice.

I mostly like Eirin for her attiude towards helpign others and not being too bothered about the money. Being the only doctor she could easily have Gensokyo by the balls and charge insane amounts.
Add in her loyalty and sense of responsability by becoming immortal as attonement, and intelligence.
She also looks pretty and her clothes are great. I love the little constellations.
