Lunarians hate impurity, but aren't completely pure themselves and yet they have a huge superiority complex towards absolutely anyone.
That's how Yuyuko and Youmu, true pure beings, could infiltrate the Lunar Captital so easily and freeload there for a month without being found out.
But they were even more savage than that and stole the Lunarians' priceless sake specifically because drinking it would make it impure.
