Yes. Without anyone looking or knowing, she's helped people and protected them without even telling them. She's the sort of person who does good deeds without wanting or caring if people know. An obvious example of that kindness is presented in Strange and Bright Nature Deity. In one chapter, the fairies dressed up as maids. Of course, Sakuya easily saw through their disguises. However, instead of chasing them or revealing them outright, she didn't say anything and let them stay.

Of course, if you don't work, you don't eat. Eventually, she had to make them leave. This might seem like a small thing, but she had absolutely no reason to do this, yet she did. Sakuya is a subtle elegance, so this is a big example of her true character; the kindness she holds behind her elegance. There's also many other examples like her helping Marisa and the gate guard. Her subtle kindness has been a consistent trait of hers so I'm not sure where you'd get the idea she was anything but a good person.
