Not that she would have a problem declaring her allegiances(she already did by attending the party and handling Yukari directly), but signing a contract is another issue that would bind her to whoever made the thing. She has a very short list of people she'd trust like that and would weasel out of signing it if at all possible.
She would have to trust the person 100%, be forced too, or have a need greater than the risk of being tied down to a rando. On top of that she's no slouch in intelligence and isn't naive, she'd negotiate favorable terms or avoid the situation that would require her to sign it altogether.

TL;DR: I could see her signing something, but not without her giving the contractor a big headache

Tewi had been rather languorous lately, but who could blame her? Eirin went out of her way to say that pranking the women coming and going is not allowed unless Tewi wants to take Reisen's place in the next bout of pharmaceutical testing. On top of that her fellow inaba have been rather gravid lately, which sucked the fun out of any trouble they could get into around here.

The bamboo forested seemed to sigh with her as she sat on the veranda adjoined to the Inaba's living quarters. What to do today...? Its not like she had much to do normally, her position as the true master of the bamboo forest allowed her certain privileges, like harassing Reisen and blowing off all responsibilities she could saddle Tewi with.

Though even tormenting Reisen seemed to sour in her mind, that girl simply had too much on her plate and seemed to occasionally get lost in thought. She was way too troubled with master's little plots and schemes, the last time Tewi put itching powder in her shoes Reisen hardly even reacted after washing the stuff off.

Her mind turned to other vict- friends she could play with as she rolled over on the cool wood, Mystia and Kyouko were usually free but sometimes they'd reunite their little band thing and get all busy. She didn't want to waste her time only to find out they were practicing again...

She thought of the wolf, Kagerou. She could prank her, maybe replace her shaving cream with growth serum that she could swipe from her master's cabinet. It'd be a full moon tonight too, it would be worth camping out around her house just to hear her howl in frustration! Still, she'd seen her coming and going from here as well which meant she was out of bounds for now...

Geez! Why is everyone having to go off and get pregnant like that!? She twisted her body around in frustration as she kicked the air silently before settling. No, she thought, if I'm going to pran- play with anyone she'd have to think up a someone that she knows isn't pregnant, a guy perhaps? Who though....?

She racked her brain for a bit before some memories came flooding back, memories of a buffoon that would come by regularly to sell herbs and other rare medicinal substances to fund himself... He always got along with the inaba, bringing treats and even knew how to laugh off her pranks... He even helped plan a few himself on occasion, though nobody else needed to know about that.

Tewi had forgotten about him till now, after all once he got hitched to that oni of a wife the only time he'd come by was for business or treatment. Ah, there was also when his daughter was born of course, but he wasn't very available then...

Last she heard from her inaba he was working at that place her master supplied with medicine and sent Reisen to every now and then... The Hakurei club... The Hakurei euphoria... The something-or-other.

Whatever it was a grin spread across Tewi's face, after all if that man was the cause of all the cute grandkids she was about to greet into this world it'd be unbecoming to not include him as part of her family~ Of course! The man was literally family now and rabbits were nothing if not family oriented. The very fact that even those girls that got pregnant still grouped up to visit him often enough were proof of that.

Hell its not like she didn't hear enough of their bragging about how Anon favored this or that girl when they went over to know how attached they were. As leader of all the rabbits in Gensokyo it was her duty... no it was her honor to induct him as their family!

It was so simple! Besides if all the rumors about who exactly got half of gensokyo pregnant was true... why it could just be the exact prank she needed to keep her laughing for years to come! Tewi sprung up from where she lay landing on her feet with grace and agility.

Heading inside she thought to herself of how she would get in, she was lucky and certainly had a few tricks up her sleeve but she'd rather not con humans and rando's out of their pocket change as it was time consuming... Wait a minute, her master was part of Yukari's little plan wasn't she?

Well surely if she was then that meant that she had some kind pass of some sort, given that she never actually went and merely sent Reisen then she never used it. If she never used then it'd be somewhere obvious, and if its somewhere obvious then... As Tewi snuck into Eirin's private quarters, she was thankful that so many women were keeping her busy.

She eyed her desk, she didn't bother with the locked drawers as she knew her master wouldn't consider it valuable, instead she opened... bingo! she opened a side drawer first and tucked away in a corner was a piece of laminated cardstock, with gold leaf on the card that looked like stylized yin and yang symbols. It awarded the holder of this ticket limitless access to the facilities and VIP treatment, judging by the dust it wouldn't be missed for awhile.

Tewi smiled as she practically hopped out of her master's room.
