Took running 3 dungeons and then running up and down stairs in puppy cave for a while to finally get this thing to work. I don't get it. Do you have to do the 1/9th hp thing for it to work, basically meaning ''get knockout''? Is it luck based? Just an absurdly low chance? I ran around knockout>threading things for ages and its worked once ever. Not sure what I'm missing here.
The attack itself is thoroughly mediocre; its a 4 range attack that does massive missile tier damage while taking the far more annoying stamina resource
