Ciel because she is the only heroine other than kohaku with poison or possibly hisui's cooking that could actually KILL shiki.

Arc is strong, but not fast enough, shiki could dot or dismember her.

Akiha loses to shiki in a fight during one of the arcs so that shits fucking CANNON
