Why the fuck are Cover managers so incompetent? I just woke up and saw Kiara had more tech issues and got big sad, and its BAFFLING to me that it was even allowed to happen when obviously a full-fledged stream isn't going to work with her current situation. Like nigga, how can you see that this girl has had multiple tech issues due to moving into a new place and her internet being dogshit, issues with her neighbors being cunty, Doesn't have access to her good PC, is clearly very stressed out by everything, and still go:

Anyone with two braincells to rub together would say "Do some "Just Chatting" streams for the next few weeks till all your tech is fixed and your fully moved in/distressed, and then do some private test streams with the girls for a few hours to check stability before doing one live" But apparently whatever dribbling idiot they have fumbling her career has zero foresight and just rubber stamp greenlights any low-IQ plan that is presented. Best part is, i'm sure said Manager will get zero flak about it and all pressure will be put on Kiara, just compounding her already high-strung, high standards expectations for her performance and make her perform even worse under pressure.
