Hanyuu's red text of Beatrice never coming back is getting posted around quite a lot. However, people misunderstand. Later on in Episode 6, she says that it might be possible to bring back Beatrice by turning the doll into her. Later on it's revealed that moe~ Beatrice is the same Beatrice, and Ange wonders how this is the case.

When people ask if someone means the same person, they usually mean the more philosophical aspect, the same consciousness, the same train of thought even if it can't always remember what the last thought was. In this aspect, yes it is Beatrice. This is what happens to Beatrice after she is "killed'.

What happened to Beatrice is exactly the same as what happens to Sakuya in Tsubasa Chronicle. I find it ironic this is being explained by a character called "FEATHERine" who looks like Yuuko(but Featherine is just a romanised version of Hanyuu).

It also implies that the same thing happened previously, and Battler's sin was related to Beatrice "reviving". It's stated that it takes "1000 years" for this Beatrice to turn into the old Beatrice(but she wouldn't be the exact same), but that before it happened in 6 years because of something Battler did.

Unlike the Beatrice of Episode 3 Rosa met, this "blank Beatrice" really wants to become the golden witch to be useful to Battler, etc. Virgilia likens this to wanting to regain the shackles she was freed from.

So at the end of the game, we can presume as long as doll Beatrice acts like Beatrice, Beatrice is back. Or rather, she was never really gone to begin with, so it makes sense she can't be "revived".
