Touhou lore rookie here.
I understand that the spell card system is under a set of rules. Does one have to sign a written contract in order to use spell cards period? Furthermore, what exactly catalyzes the spell cards' creation?

Fact: Suwako is every bit as likely to exist as the Abrahamic God. Therefore she deserves the same amount of believers. (actually more, because she is moe, whereas yahweh is most certainly not)

I've decided to take my Touhou more seriously. I can beat most of the games.. on normal, with continues and bomb spam. Which one do you think I should use to start learning lunatic and really get into it?

Imperishable Night is my first choice because the whole team dynamic is awesome, but it seems kinda easy. I like Scarlet Devil , but it's old and lacks things like showing the hit box (not that that matters alot to my knowledge, but still). What does /jp/ recommend?
