I like my Meiling as being actually Chinese, because she IS Chinese. That's kind of her appeal. This whole shit about her being white is retarded and autistic. She's a youkai, she can have whatever hair color magic/nature permits, which is basically any color. So she can be asian and have red hair. This fanon about her being Scottish is quite frankly shit. I much prefer her being lazy and goofy over that. A cute lil goofy (and dangerous) Chinese girl who can cook better than your grandma.
