That's a rather different scenario from a "rape dungeon" though. It's not imprisonment so much as that's how long the sex may last before the session ends and the man can go back to a more regular schedule. It pretty much seems to only happen with well-established couples though, as most monsters can't get a non-incubus to last for that long without special measures taken.

From the ryu profile it also seems like sex that lasts for days is considered fairly extreme (though not necessarily rare) even by monster standards, as most at least wouldn't want to stay in one place for that long. KC once related how it would be difficult to keep a bunch of monsters having sex in a small room long enough to create a dark matter (or maybe it was a mamono realm, I forget) because most of them would want to go home and continue there or do something else before the process could be completed.
