Have you tried to use a Harakiri? You need to get lots of bleeding levels to deal a good amount of damage, and Harakiri will give you lots of bleeding in one turn plus a few hostility-free turns to prepare yourself.
Spamming bloodstream will also give you bleeding levels but you will run out of stamina before you get a good damage multiplier. You could also get lots of black tea for SP recovery, or become a loyal follower of Kumiromi for the SP regen effect.
