Very nice one, anon. It was on sale on Comiket 90 last month, and then available for mailorder on Booth afterwards.
But the preorder deadline was August 31th, now it's not possible to order it anymore. :,-(
Buying on Booth is very easy, they don't ship overseas but there's proxy and forwarding services for this. The artist might eventually rerelease it in the future, so you might want to check from time to time.
You could also look on the aftermarket (Mandarake and Yahoo Auctions), especially after the shipment of the mailorder (which will take place in 2-3 weeks), but it's probably going to be overpriced. There's one right now available for 22k yen.
