my guess is it was a very specific commission from someone with a weird fetish. On par with the guy who has a fetish for women buying white bread at the store then going to clear forestland to have a picnic. there are a surprising number of these people out there. i'm friends with an artist who was commissioned to draw lady wrestlers and he had to go back and fix the boots because they had the incorrect number of lace holes.
