4th Saber is not a variation upon Arturia, it is simply Arturia before she was summoned into the fifth war.

The difference in time between summonings was absolutely zero from her perspective. She was fighting in the fourth war, Kiritsugu commanded her to destroy the grail, she vanished, then she was in the shed with Shirou, and engaged Lancer.

Obviously there was an effect on her mind with the summoning, it's not like her perspective was continuous. But there was no "amount of time" from it, just information that was uploaded from the grail, as it does to all Servants.
