So you could wake up one day to see a shy, near-blind, pale white symphylan girl on your bed, trying to rub her flat chest against your penis and clumsily licking the tip in hopes of obtaining your semen and fertilizing her eggs. Of course, when she notices that you aren't sleeping anymore, she would be paralyzed with fear for a moment and let out a cute scream before turning around and scuttling away, only to lose her footing and fall down from your bed (symphylans aren't exactly built for speed.) Needless to say, it'd then be your duty to calm down the shy, embarrassed little girl, convince her that she isn't a hopeless klutz who will never be a bride and gently teach her how to use her body to please a man, watching her timidness slowly vanish as her instincts as a monster girltake over and eventually falling for her charm yourself, ejaculating into her small, warm little mouth and marking her as your wife. You'd then help her lay her eggs, and once she's finished with fertilizing them with the semen she lovingly extracted with you, she'd start sleeping soundly with her human side tightly hugging you and her myriapod half coiled around your precious children. If only ;_;

By the way, the side with the shorter legs is the front for house centipedes - the length increases as the leg count does, this prevents entanglement and gives the centipede the unholy speed it is famed for. Though, if it has heads on both ends, wouldn't it be more of an amphisbaena than Orthrus?

As a side note, this image matches my perception of centipedes - they're larger, more conspicuous and more aggressive, so they'd be large-breasted rapist elder sisters. Millipedes are large but not aggressive, so they're the gentle "Ara ara, ufufu~" type. Symphylans and pauropods are tiny and mostly survive by being unnoticed, hence flat-chested little girls.
