Others have found that re-installing flash (in other words, clearing out where ever flash keeps things and deletes it fresh) to work as well.

Nothing changed between 426 and 431 at all that even changes how air superiority works or even the equipment menu aside from adding 2 lines of UI. The only thing that could be why is that you didn't let it completely overwrite everything when going between versions?
