Pure Marriage ~Sakura Hen~ he legally marries his sister.
Angel Ring he legally marries his sister.
Sister Zone he legally marries his sister.
Kanojo ga Ore ni Kureta Mono he legally marries his sister ... probably. Considering Carrot is the princess of ... that crazy long country name with all the rabbit names and she assures them all that their marriage will be legal in her home country. I assume that includes his sister Tsubasa.
Tsun na Kanojo Dere na Kanojo he legally marries his sister but only because neither knew they were siblings until after they were married.

I don't know any other examples. Except sort of Puramai Wars where they have their wedding at a shrine because they can't marry in a church. Finding a shrine willing to marry twins presumes some divine acceptance of their marriage. And Inraku no Inraku no Ketsuzoku where he illegally marries his mother by not letting the government know their relationship before their wedding. They both know their wedding is reliant entirely on nobody finding out.
