I would use the power of The Eye of Light's Truth to restrain her. As she's held in place, I will slowly remove her eyepatch and reveal her Tyrant's Eye. Once they begin to resonate, we will engage in a battle of abilities that no one mortal can even begin to comprehend, let alone see.

Rikka may have tamed the Master of the Dark Flame, but the Light's Truth is on a much different level and has a natural advantage. Then I would move to her lips and steal from her all the mana she has left directly.
